As part of my 2023 portfolio, here's a new project that I'm really excited to share with you. I've been building the brand identity for this small food restaurant based in Austin, Tx. Machetes Doña Leova is a delightful low-profile food place where you can taste authentic Mexican cuisine. My job consisted to develop the brand's face-lift involving a custom wordmark and logotype, a font system, some characters, and illustrations to bring to life its brand collaterals and packaging pieces for its delivery service. Although establishing the social media aesthetics was developed throughout the process. The project's style reflects modernity mixed with a local vintage Mexican neighborhood look and feel.
